“Bask Expedition” is a department of Eurosource International, Official distributors of BASK Clothing Ltd, dedicated to supplying online the expedition products of Bask Clothing of Russia. Bask is a company famous around the world in the top echelons of Mountaineering and Extreme cold climate exploration.

Payment Method
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, UK Maestro, JCB and Switch. Regretfully we do not accept Diners or American Express. All ordering over the internet is 100% secure and payment is hosted by Barclays Group.
We require the cardholder's full name as it appears on the card. The address for shipment should be the same as appears on the cardholder's statement. Transactions can only proceed successfully provided this information is correctly completed.
All credit and charge cardholders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer for any reason refuses to authorise payment to us then we will not dispatch the goods and we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Prices
All prices shown are in GB Pounds and are fully inclusive but do not include postage charges which are shown separately and will be confirmed at time of ordering. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notification. Should for any reason the prices change from those displayed on the website you can choose to cancel the order or reorder at the corrected price.
If a transaction involves an exchange from one currency to another, you may be charged a commission by the card issuer and/or payment processor for the excahnge. Also please note that the exchange rate is set by the bank and we have no control over it.
Please note for goods ordered for delivery outside of the United Kingdom the customer, as the importer, is responsible for all customs duties and taxes levied by the local authorities on import to the country of final destination. If your local delivery service makes these payments on your behalf, you may additionally be liable for a handling fee before they will release your package.
Delivery
On submission of your order you will receive confirmation of your order confirming the amount of goods ordered, the final cost including postal charges, our contact details and your rights of cancellation.

For other destinations or larger weights please contact us.
If goods are not in stock at the time of ordering you will be informed. You can still place the order if you wish, and we will contact you with an availability estimate.
We will endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery which will be by standard postal systems (a tracking number may be requested by email).
The maximum time for delivery will be 28 days unless previously agreed with Eurosource International.
In the event of goods being temporarily out of stock due to exceptional sales we will inform you of the expected delivery date but you retain the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Cancellation
Provided that the goods are in stock and an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we regret we are unable to stop the delivery and accept cancellation for any reason.
In this instance you should follow our returns procedure.
Returns
If you are genuinely not satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase in the original packaging and include all paperwork issued within 28 days. We will exchange or refund the purchase provided the product is in a new and unused condition suitable for resale. We regret we are unable to refund any postal charges.

Our website may be visited anonymously. Should you choose to purchase from us then you will be required to input personal information. Information supplied by you will be used for processing your payments, delivering your goods, communicating with you about your order, and generally maintaining your account with us. This may include sending your name and address outside of the European Union for the purposes of order fulfilment in cases where stock is not held in the United Kingdom.
We will also use information supplied for the prevention of fraud or abuse of our website.
